Agnieszka Pełka-Szajowska

Consulting Expert at Concordia Design

Specializes in methods and tools for creative problem-solving, critical thinking, design thinking, teamwork, and train-the-trainer, combining this with knowledge from evidence-based psychology (cognitive and social psychology, behavioral economics). She is the co-author of the Solversi project, a “Pilot of Change” and a business trainer. She has over 20 years of experience in creating and leading training sessions, workshops, and development projects, as well as creating tools for business teams. She is a business practitioner (and a recipient of a Superbrands award).

A board member of the Polish Association of Business Trainers. She holds two Master’s degrees (Marketing and Management / Business Psychology) and an MBA. She is a certified FRIS® Trainer and Partner, a certified LEGO® Serious Play facilitator, and an Action Learning and Mastermind coach.
