A trainer, a coach certified at the highest Master (MCC) level by the International Coach Federation, and a coaching supervisor. He is a consultant who works with entrepreneurs, managers, and HR departments in both startups and large organizations. He is also a psychotherapist in training.

He gained experience at an international automotive corporation, among other places, where he supported managers and teams through change. He has also helped many startups with their development. He primarily works with corporations, leading development processes for senior
management.

He specializes in training on the development of coaching and managerial competencies, as well as working with emotions and strengthening mental resilience.
