Krzysztof Nawelski

Business Trainer, Innovation Coach, and Facilitator

A designer of business, social, and technological innovations, and an enthusiast of agile, human-centered design methodologies. He is a facilitator and moderator of team work using a variety of approaches: design thinking, outcome-driven innovation, lean startup, agile, scrum, and lean UX.

He is an innovation and human resources management practitioner with over 20 years of professional experience in international corporations. Since 1998, he has worked for manufacturing companies in sectors like automotive and pharmaceuticals, as well as service industries. As an Innovation Director, his responsibilities included implementing a culture of innovation, collaborating with startups and fintechs, and scouting for financial services and solutions.

For the past seven years, he has been deeply involved in the Polish startup scene, where as an Innovation Coach, he facilitates teams creating new products and services and serves as a mentor in acceleration programs. He is a graduate of the Executive MBA program at Polish Open University and Oxford Brooks University, the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Wrocław, and Personnel Management at WSB University.
