He is the CEO of the International Advisory Group IAG GLOBAL—a global network of law and tax firms with 55 member firms in approximately 60 locations worldwide and on all continents. He is a member of the Audit Committee of the IT CORNER association, a nationwide cluster of technology companies that includes over 100 members with headquarters across the country. He is the author of numerous legal commentaries and studies in corporate law and is the editor-in-chief of the legal blog “Spółka i prawo” (www.spolkaiprawo.pl).
